3. Deal Rajon Rondo and Marco Belinelli for a quality starter plus depth

Rajon Rondo has really improved his game since his short stint in Dallas last year. From last year he has improved in almost every statistical category including points, assists and rebounds per game, as well as field goal percentage. He is also notching a career high at three-point percentage. In addition, his assists per game lead the league, and he has played a big part in the improvement of DeMarcus Cousins. Due to his high-caliber play, the Kings are unlikely to deal him, but nothing is out of the question if the price is right.

A point guard hungry team, like the Knicks, could offer Arron Afflalo, Lance Thomas and Langston Galloway for Rondo and Marco Belinelli. Rondo would be a great fit for the Knicks, who are in search for a guard who can run the triangle and not be a defensive liability like their current starter Jose Calderon.

Afflalo would most likely move to start in front of Ben McLemore, giving the Kings a consistent veteran they can count on. Galloway would become the backup point guard for Darren Collison, while Thomas would provide scoring and three-point shooting off the bench. Rondo has shown that he is a much better player when he is happy and motivated. What better place to motivate him than the bright lights of New York City?
