Super Bowl 50 was one of the most boring editions of the game since its inception, but where does it rank amongst the most boring?

Super Bowl 50 was billed as an entertaining match up between the league’s top defense in the Denver Broncos and an illustrious offense in the Carolina Panthers. It was also the new-age Cam Newton leading the Panthers against sure-fire Hall of Famer Peyton Manning in what could have been his swan song.

And while the storylines were there, this game was a dud. Manning was awful and basically just didn’t make any mistakes to cost his team the game while the defense carried the load. Newton, on the other hand, was stifled by the Broncos defense and couldn’t get anything going or show off his abilities like he had throughout the 2015 season.

What resulted was one of the most boring Super Bowls fans have ever been treated too, which is saying a lot because more often than not the Super Bowl seems to be a boring game though NFL fans have been a bit spoiled as of late.

But while Super Bowl 50 was one of the most boring of all time, was it the most boring? Find out as we rank the 10 most boring Super Bowls in NFL history.
