Next: Point Guards

Feb 6, 2016; Charlotte, NC, USA; Charlotte Hornets guard Kemba Walker (15) gets the crowd into the game as he defends against Washington Wizards guard John Wall (2) during the second half at Time Warner Cable Arena. Hornets win 108-104. Mandatory Credit: Sam Sharpe-USA TODAY Sports

Point Guards:

PG – Kemba Walker – Walker has been playing like a man on fire lately. In his last three games he has been over 37 fantasy points and he shows no signs of slowing down. He has enjoyed having Batum back in the lineup and it shows. He also has MKG back and looks like he could be getting Al  Jefferson back sometime soon. As for now let’s ride Walker while he is hot.

PG – Elfrid Payton – Payton is riding two hot games and I like him to keep his streak up against the Spurs. He scored 27 fantasy points against them the last time  they played and there is no reason here for Payton to not keep up this level of play.

Next: Shooting Guards

Feb 8, 2016; Charlotte, NC, USA; Charlotte Hornets guard forward Nicolas Batum (5) looks to pass defended by Chicago Bulls guard E

Shooting Guards:

SG – Nicolas Batum – Batum is playing really well right now. He has been over 40 fantasy points in his last three games and is showing that he is completely healthy. The Hornets as a team are playing great and I went all in on them tonight hoping for the best.

SG – Markel Brown – Brown is another guy who is playing really well right now. He seems like he has earned some extra minutes in his last few games and comes in as an excellent value play. Brown is also a guy you might want to add to your roster if you are in a deep league. He is talented and has a mild bit of upside here.

Next: Small Forwards

Small Forwards:

SF – Michael Kidd-Gilchrist – I realize that this is my third player for the Hornets, but as I said before I am all in tonight. MKG is a solid value play here and is coming off of an excellent game where he scored over 30 fantasy points. I look for him to keep it up in this contest.

SF – Evan Turner – Turner is starting to be a solid player for the Celtics. He is also becoming a solid play for fantasy league teams. He has been over 27 fantasy points in his last four games and I see no reason as to why he can not keep this up. Get him active and expect the best.

Next: Power Forwards and Center

Jan 27, 2016; Oakland, CA, USA; Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green (23) reacts after making a three point basket against the Dallas Mavericks in the third quarter at Oracle Arena. The Warriors defeated the Mavericks 127-107. Mandatory Credit: Cary Edmondson-USA TODAY Sports

Power Forwards:

PF – Draymond Green – Green or Mr. Triple-Double as he has been called lately comes in to this contest as an excellent play. He really should not need too much reasoning to insert into your lineup as he is a guy who can drop a triple-double on any given night it seems this year.

PF – Zach Randolph – Randolph has been playing great lately. Add that to the fact that Marc Gasol has just been declared out indefinitely and that all adds up to making Randolph a fantastic play. Never mind the fact that his price is only a mere $6,300, but when you consider that I am thinking this could be a gold mine of sorts.

Center:

C – Rudy Gobert – Gobert is coming off of two great games for the Jazz in which he topped over 40 fantasy points in each. Gobert has a ton of talent and a ton of upside and I expect that he should be good to go and make for a great play in this contest.
