Kevin Durant weaves right through the Pelicans for the slam (Video)

Kevin Durant just embarrassed the entire New Orleans Pelicans defense, more or less. 

Before we hit the NBA All-Star break this weekend, we still have some game action to go and on Thursday night the Oklahoma City Thunder are taking on the New Orleans Pelicans. Well, it didn’t take long in this one for us to see the offensive genius that is Kevin Durant get to work against that New Orleans defense.

And believe us, it was pretty embarrassing for the Pelicans.

In the first quarter of this one, Durant had the ball and he had a pretty good defensive look in front of him. That didn’t matter, though, because he just took matters into his own hands, weaved his way right through the defense and then finished it all off with the emphatic slam.

That right there is how quickly Kevin Durant can make you look silly. The Pelicans appeared to have a shot at stopping him, but they quickly found out that wasn’t the case and they ended up a laughing stock by the time the play was done.

Maybe try a little harder not to make it that easy for him.
