When does spring training start for the Toronto Blue Jays in 2016?
Last season, the Toronto Blue Jays took over the AL East. After being dormant for so many years, they finished with a record of 93-69. They won a dramatic ALDS against the Texas Rangers before being eliminated in the ALCS to the eventual World Series winning Kansas City Royals. Now that Toronto is not messing around anymore, the AL is in for a rude awakening thanks to manager John Gibbons and his crew.

Happ to a three-year deal, and worked out their bullpen issues by trading OF Ben Revere for Drew Storen. Along for the ride in the rotation is knuckleballer R.A. Dickey, Marco Estrada and young Marcus Stroman.
The Jays are looking to continue their powerful hitting ways, thanks to Jose Bautista and Edwin Encarnacion. Troy Tulowitzki will continue to be a nice offensive and defensive pickup, while their young outfielders will look to replace Revere. Another positive for the team is giving a two-year, $28.65 million extension to reigning MVP Josh Donaldson. With all of these players and their power, we will see if the Blue Jays are bound for greatness once again.
