All-Star Weekend is host to many of the zanier happenings during the NBA season. One of which happens to be a video of Kobe Bryant taking Gregg Popovich off the dribble to the bucket.

Popovich’s Spurs are currently ranked first in defensive efficiency this year, so we can assume he knows a thing or two about defense. Pop’s initial challenge of Bryant is textbook, but Kobe uses his off-arm to move past his All-Star coach. Pop doesn’t give up on the play, as he challenges the Mamba at the rim and causes a rather difficult shot.

All-Star Weekend is incredible.
