LeBron James won the NBA All-Star Game opening time against Kobe Bryant, but quickly gave it up to the West.
The NBA All-Star Game will see a lot of spectacular dunks and three balls falling. However, the spectacular began with two legends, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James facing off for the tip in Bryant’s final NBA All-Star Game of his career.
James won the tip but coughed it up to the West. It appeared he was giving it to Bryant’s team in a classy legend to one of the best players to play in the NBA. At the NBA All-Star Game it doesn’t really matter who wins the team or even the game. Yes, the players may get more money for winning the mid-season spectacle, but at the end of the day they won’t be mad losing this game.
Both players are sure to throw down their fair share of great dunks and alley-oops throughout the game, but LeBron made sure Bryant knows how much the Cavaliers star respects the Lakers legend for all he has done for the game.
Overall, the NBA All-Star Game is filled with a lot of stars. However, two of the best players in the game on Sunday, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James, met at center court to kick the game off. This year’s All-Star Game has more buzz around it then in past season’s due to it be Bryant’s last season and LeBron made sure to allow Bryant to have his moment at the beginning of the night.
