Pittsburgh Panthers vs. North Carolina Tar Heels

The North Carolina Tar Heels have been reeling a bit as of late, losing two out of their last three games and barely squeaking by against a far inferior team earlier this week. With a matchup against the Duke Blue Devils looming on Wednesday, the Tar Heels can’t afford to look ahead on Sunday as they welcome a sneaky Pittsburgh Panthers team to the Dean E. Smith Center.

Marcus Paige is one of the most talented players in the country for North Carolina, but has seemingly hit a wall this season. He’ll need to climb that wall starting on Sunday against Pitt, but will also need the likes of Justin Jackson, Brice Johnson, and Kennedy Meeks to step up in a big way if that’s to happen. Meanwhile, it’s a two-man show for Pitt with Michael Young and Jamel Artis and both players will have to be at their best if they’re to take down North Carolina.
