With the level of coaches in the SEC and the personalities that come with those coaches, the media days create some of the most talked about quotes.

While it’s only February and everyone is starved for football down in SEC country, there is some news regarding SEC Media Days. This year, the event will take place between July 11-14. The opening day will kick off with Gus Malzahn, Jim McElwain and Derek Mason.

The date everyone should circle on their calendar is July 13. Both Nick Saban and Bret Bielema will be speaking on that day and it’s going to be one that people that follow SEC Football won’t want to miss.

While other conferences have their own media days, there’s nothing quite as big as the one the SEC has ever year and this year, it’s going to be even bigger than before with the SEC having the defending National Champions in their conference.
