The NBA has a very nice four-game schedule today after a massive 14-game basketball bonanza last night.  The marquee matchup on this Saturday night is on ABC at 8:30 as the Warriors try to bounce back from last night’s loss as they face the Clippers at STAPLES Center. Whether you’re planning on catching every minute of that game or just catching the highlights later, you can get your fantasy basketball team set up for success tonight with the help of my DraftKings daily picks found on the following slides.

More from Atlanta Hawks

Tonight’s DraftKings contests get underway at 7:30 PM ET when two games get going as the Heat host the Wizards who are playing for the third night in a row and the Hawks welcome in the Bucks.  At 8:00, Kristaps Porzingis and the Knicks visit his fellow-rookie Karl-Anthony Towns in Minnesota as they take on the T-Wolves.  Those three games give us a solid undercard for the main event as the Clippers and Warriors meet for the third time this season.  It should be a great game to close out the night and have all the feel of the potential playoff preview that it is.

With 40 starters taking the floor tonight instead of the 140 that started last night, there are a more manageable number of options to go through as you build your lineup. To make sure you know the players that are worth owning, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides. You’ll find two slides per position–one for high-salary options and one for high-value options. Each slide contains at least two selections with extras thrown in where possible (which is all over the place today).  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.

At the beginning of 2016, I  started to rank my picks using stars after each selection. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). On the final slide of the post, you can see my recent results at each level of confidence. Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for tonight’s competition.

In this post, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to DraftKings pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for FanDuel, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on our fantasy basketball hub.

If you have any questions about my picks for today or any of our Fansided fantasy coverage, you can leave them at the bottom of the page in the comments section.  For an even quicker response, you can find me throughout the day on Twitter @FansidedFantasy. I’ll keep you up to date on any injury news since late-breaking injuries have cost many owners with Kawhi Leonard and Alex Len being late scratches the last two nights. I caught Kawhi’s injury in time to get him out of my lineup, but I missed Len last night and took the collar. I’ll do my best to pass along any injury and availability news on Twitter in advance of the games getting started tonight, and I’ll also update my lineup here and tweet the new link if changes are necessary.

If you find my picks and analysis helpful and would like to check out my DFS fantasy basketball posts each morning, the easiest way to find the FanDuel daily picks is to drop a bookmark on our fantasy basketball hub or follow on Twitter where I’ll tweet out the links each day when my picks go live.

With those prelims out of the way, let’s get going with my DraftKings daily picks for this Saturday night.
