After a massive 14-game schedule on Friday to start the weekend, the NBA continues a busy weekend with four games tonight before another jam-packed day of action tomorrow. The eight teams in action tonight give us lots of fantasy basketball options, so check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides to see who I think should be in your lineup.

More from Fantasy Basketball

The first games tonight tip off at 7:30 PM ET, so we get an extra 30 minutes to fine tune things before the lineup locks in for the night.  At 7:30, two games get going as the Heat host the Wizards who are playing for the third night in a row and the Hawks welcome in the Bucks.  At 8:00, Kristaps Porzingis and the Knicks visit his fellow-rookie Karl-Anthony Towns in Minnesota as they take on the T-Wolves, and in the final game of the day the Warriors look to bounce back from last night’s loss as they visit the Clippers who are the only team in action tonight who is not on a back-t0-back.

With 40 starters taking the floor tonight instead of the 140 that started last night, there are a more manageable number of options to go through as you build your lineup. To make sure you know the players that are worth owning, check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides. You’ll find two slides per position–one for high-salary options and one for high-value options. Each slide contains at least two selections with extras thrown in where possible (which is all over the place today).  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.

At the beginning of 2016, I  started to rank my picks using stars after each selection. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). On the final slide of the post, you can see my recent results at each level of confidence. Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for tonight’s competition.

In this post, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to FanDuel pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for DraftKings, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on our fantasy basketball hub.

If you have any questions about my picks for today or any of our Fansided fantasy coverage, you can leave them at the bottom of the page in the comments section.  For an even quicker response, you can find me throughout the day on Twitter @FansidedFantasy. Remember your entire roster locks at the tipoff of the first game (7:30 PM ET), and hopefully we can all avoid taking a big zero after being burned by Kawhi Leonard and Alex Len the last two nights.

If you find my picks and analysis helpful and would like to check out my DFS fantasy basketball posts each morning, the easiest way to find the FanDuel daily picks is to drop a bookmark on our fantasy basketball hub or follow on Twitter where I’ll tweet out the links each day when my picks go live.
