Atlanta Hawks center Al Horford threw down a monster jam on the Golden State Warriors on Monday night.
The big game in the NBA on Monday night, was a battle of the two top teams from each conference last season. While the Golden State Warriors are trending up and the Atlanta Hawks are trending down, it’s always a big-time affair when these two teams get together. Early on, both teams were out and running, while Al Horford was setting the tone for the Hawks.
While the Warriors got to out a decent lead, Horford got the crowd at the Philips Arena roaring with a monster slam. After rolling off a big screen, Horford took the pass and threw down a monster slam as Warriors defenders scrambled to get out of the way.

Al Horford is a very large man and when he comes rolling off a screen, it’s best for everyone else to just get out of the way. It’s not too often anymore that a big man will throw down the traditional two-handed slam instead of the flashy one-handed variety, but Horford threw down an absolute classic of a jam.
They call the Philips Arena “The Highlight Factory” and on Monday night, Horford was bringing the highlights early.
