High Value SF

Robert Covington-Philadelphia 76ers (5,000): Covington has been extremely inconsistent this season flashing huge potential but also disappearing in some games and even losing playing time for the woeful Sixers.  He has played at least 25 minutes, though, in his last five games and has at least 21 fantasy points in four of those five games including an explosion for 41.5 fantasy points against the Kings just before the All Star break.  Covington is boom or bust, but there aren’t many mid-range options at SF that have the upside that Covington does, so give him a look if you’re spending between 5K and 7K.

Maurice Harkless-Portland Trail Blazers (4,400): The Blazers have switched up their rotation at SF/PF multiple times this season, but right now the flavor-of-choice is Maurice Harkless who has been excelling over his last five games with balanced production and at least 26 fantasy points in four of those five contests.  He went off for 19 points and 13 rebounds (40.1 fantasy points) against the Rockets before the break and has played 25 minutes in each game since then with 26.6 fantasy points against the Warriors and 28.9 fantasy points against the Jazz. Tonight, Harkless should get good run against the Nets which should allow him to produce another good stat line whether the game turns into a blowout or he plays crunch time with the starters like he did on Sunday against Utah.
