The NXT Tag Team Champions ambushed Enzo Amore in a parking lot, showing their dominance

Backstage brawls seem to be the new norm within WWE. Before Monday Night Raw yesterday, Brock Lesnar attacked Dean Ambrose as he was leaving his car. That attack resulted in Ambrose vs. Lesnar at WrestleMania 32 becoming official. Now, it appears that NXT has joined in on the fun. Dash and Dawson, who are now being referred to as The Revival, attacked Enzo Amore in the parking lot of the WWE Performance Center.

Enzo’s tag team partner Colin Cassady ended up evening the odds against the NXT Tag Team Champions. Both of these teams have been fighting for the NXT Tag Titles for months now, with Dash and Dawson coming out on top every time. This new footage may be a great way to continue the battle. The rivalry between these two teams has become a lot more personal. As with most things NXT is involved in, this seemed a lot fresher than a WWE’s beat down earlier on Monday. It may be because a “security camera” was used instead of a legitimate camera man.

What does this mean now? It doesn’t appear that Enzo and Big Cass will face the champions at the Takeover event in Dallas. This could just put fuel to the fire for the teams just for the next few weeks. This could also be used as a potential write-off for Enzo and Big Cass in NXT. There are rumors that the team will debut in WWE very shortly, and this could be a small step in doing so.

Whatever the result of this may be, nothing can keep Enzo and Big Cass down for long. They will do whatever it takes to prove they aren’t SAWFT. And you can’t teach that!
