Sitting in fourth place in the uber-competitive Western Conference, the Los Angeles Clippers know they won’t be catching up to the Warriors or the Spurs, but they can still make a run at third place with the Thunder. Trading wins for losses over the past six games, the Clippers are itching to get their superstar, Blake Griffin, back.

Griffin has been out for quite some time now, already missing 27 games on the 2015-16 season, but when he comes back, this team will be hard to beat in the playoffs. Chris Paul has been the guiding light in his absence, leading the current squad in scoring with 19.5 points and 9.5 assists per game. DeAndre Jordan is putting up 12.1 points and 14.1 rebounds per contest.

When looking at the Sacramento Kings’ roster, you would think that this team had playoff potential, but in reality, they’re a disappointing 24-32 and in 10th place in the Western Conference standings. There’s still time to turn it around, though, but George Karl has to get his guys to buy into his coaching style.

DeMarcus Cousins is the star of the team and he might just be the league’s top big man. He’s averaging 27.2 points, 11.2 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game. His presence in the post is downright scary for opponents. Rudy Gay, Darren Collison and Rajon Rondo round out a team that should be much better than what it currently is.
