Paul George showed off some Stephen Curry range with this buzzer beater against the Hornets.
Make no mistake about it, Paul George is still one of the fastest rising stars in all of the NBA. Since returning from that gruesome leg injury, he’s shown us time and time again why he’s one of the best offensive threats in the game. Friday night against the Charlotte Hornets, he showed us all once again with a little piece of ridiculousness.
The Pacers are taking on the Hornets Friday night, and with the first half winding down the Pacers saw themselves trailing by six. They needed some momentum to take into the locker room.
Well, they got that momentum with this insane shot that George drilled as the buzzer sounded.
That was about as good of a Stephen Curry impression as you will find from George there. While the range from which he shot it was crazy, though, maybe more insane is how contested the shot was. How he was even able to get that ball off is amazing. But he did, and he made the score a little closer headed into the half.
Paul George is still one of the most ridiculous in the game.
