NBA Tank Rankings: The Suns are a grease fire

1. team. 66. <p>It is hard to fathom the Suns winning another game this season.</p> <p>Because of sheer volume (26 games remaining), Phoenix will <em>probably</em> (not definitely) stumble into another win, but the Suns are ghastly. They have lost 13 straight games as they “pursue” the worst record in the Western Conference, and over that stretch of games, Phoenix has been outscored by more than 15 points per 100 possessions.</p> <p>To make matters worse, the Suns are horrific on both ends of the court, sporting the league’s worst offense (96.5 points per 100) and a bottom-three defense during the skid. Phoenix’s roster isn’t nearly bad enough (at least when healthy) to generate this kind of futility but one thing is clear and that is that the Suns are the worst team in the NBA right now.</p>.
