Los Angeles Clippers new mascot does not look like a condor

The Los Angeles Clippers announced their brand new mascot at halftime of tonight’s game against the Brooklyn Nets. It was revealed before tip off that the mascot would be a condor of some kind. What does a condor have to do with clipper ships? Who knows, but that’s not why they pay us the big bucks. At least it can’t be worse than the New Orleans Pelicans failure of a mascot two years ago right?….right?

Oh…oh no. That’s just….that’s the funniest looking thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life. It’s a clown bird mascot. It looks like it’s trying to sell us cereal.

It has a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads, and oh my god it’s so funny looking for so many reasons. Nothing could top this. Nothing. The Clippers have us all rolling in our seats and, wait what is Steve Ballmer doing with that baksetball?

Steve Ballmer just did a trampoline dunk. That man is insane. He unveiled a clown bird mascot, and then dunked on a trampoline. God bless this man.

In all honesty, Chuck the Condor looks like a mascot that will appeal to kids well, and that’s the whole point of these things. They might look silly. They might look really dumb, but as long as it puts a smile on a kid’s face then it’s fine. At least it’s not as bad as this thing.
