The 2016 NFL Draft is rapidly approaching.

The month of February ends with the conclusion of the NFL’s scouting combine and, as usual, some prospects enhanced their stock while others saw their profiles decrease with a lackluster showing. In terms of actual meaning, the combine is vastly overrated in nature, but there are specific instances each and every year in which NFL prospects make (or lose) significant amounts of money based on how fast they run, how much they lift or how they measure without the benefit of pads.

Today, we are tasked with updating a mock draft following this year’s combine and it is always interesting to see how things are affected by a week in Indianapolis. From a personal standpoint, the measurables mean less than the play on the field in my view, but at the same time, a player’s stock matters a great deal when attempting to project where they might land, so it would be a mistake to indicate that the combine is meaningless.

We have more than two months to dissect this season’s crop of future NFL players, but we can’t get enough and that sentiment is in lock step with many fans of the league. Now, let’s get to the post-combine mock draft that the people crave.
