P.J. Hairston struggled to find a niche in his first season-and-a-half with the Hornets, so they shipped him to Memphis at the trade deadline in exchange for Courtney Lee. The former Tar Heel has been quite solid in his first handful of games with the Grizz, averaging 10 points on excellent 41% shooting from deep.

But that’s not all! He’s also got some springs in those legs, and he put them on display Wednesday night against the Kings. Ben McLemore forgot to box out, and Hairston made him pay after a Z-Bo miss (via @DefPenSports):
