Welcome back to the BAE Index:

Marreese Speights threw a touchdown pass to Draymond Green:

We don’t typically think of Marreese Speights as much of a passer. There’s a reason he’s known as Mo Buckets, you know. But if you’re on the Warriors, the impossible becomes suddenly possible more often than not. Speights put his passing prowess on display last night against the Thunder and it resulted in a touchdown to the wide open Draymond Green (via @TheCauldron):

Marreese Speights is a way better QB than Brian Hoyer.

Russell Westbrook with the hammer

There’s a strong sense of ferocity to the way Russell Westbrook plays. It’s almost like he has a personal vendetta against every opponent that will never be settled. It can get him into some trouble at times, but, for the most part, Westbrook’s tenacity is an absolute delight to watch. You can’t tell me there wasn’t something personal about the way he threw this one down last night (via @TheCauldron):

GOOD LAWD.

Prince has all of your swag

Prince made a rare courtside appearance at the Warriors-Thunder game last night, and wasted little time in reminding America why he’s the GOAT (h/t @_MarcusD_):

Kawhi Leonard put Norris Cole in the spin cycle

Norris Cole really has no hope of staying with Kawhi Leonard, and even he seems aware of the fact. Norris found himself switched onto Kawhi midway through the first quarter of last night’s Spurs-Pelicans game, and Leonard wasted no time in taking advantage of the mismatch (via WhipClip):

Anthony Davis tries to single-handedly keep the Pelicans afloat

Anthony Davis and the Pelicans have endured a sad, listless, injury-riddled season to this point, but The Brow got the opportunity to remind America that he’s still pretty damn good on TNT last night. Sure, the Pels came out on the losing end, but Davis finished with a solid 17 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks in 35 minutes. New Orleans was competitive throughout, though, thanks in part to Anthony’s assertiveness on the glass. He capped off a stellar first 24 minutes with this nifty little putback slam just ahead of the buzzer (via WhipClip):
