Baron Davis is dunking in the NBA D-League (Video)

Baron Davis can still get up near the rim and this dunk from Friday is proof of that

Whether you heard yet or not, Baron Davis is back playing competitive basketball here in the United States. He hasn’t played in the NBA since the 2012 season, and here’s still not back there yet, as he actually plays for the Delaware 87ers of the NBA D-League, the affiliate of the Philadelphia 76ers.

Now we don’t know whether or not the 36-year-old veteran will ever get another shot at the NBA, but from what we saw on Friday night, it actually might not be all that bad of an idea for someone to give him a shot, at least.

Just how good is Davis at that ripe age of 36? Well, good enough to be throwing down a dunk!

Hey, you gotta give it to him here. Honestly, how many of you thought that Baron Davis could pull something like this off here in the year 2016? I know I certainly didn’t.

Seriously, some teams are in such bad situations in the NBA at the moment, so why not pull put the short contract and give him some more NBA action before he hangs it up for good?
