If there was one conference in all of college basketball that had everyone intrigued this season, it was the Big 12. But with the regular season now out of the way, it’s now time for the Big 12 Tournament, which has the potential to be one of the more exciting ones.
Of course, the team that comes in as the No. 1 overall seed is none other than the Kansas Jayhawks. Bill Self and his crew had yet another outstanding regular season and now they’ll look to carry that momentum to a Big 12 Tournament title. They certainly have the talent on the floor to get that done, but they have some tough competition ahead of them.
With teams like the Oklahoma Sooners, West Virginia Mountaineers, Texas Longhorns and Baylor Bears hanging around, really, Kansas coming away with the title is definitely not a certainty. We may very well see an upset coming our way, which is why the Big 12 Tournament might be the most fun to watch this March.
