Kim Kardashian posted a semi-nude photo and the internet went full middle school teenager all over again.
If the world is turning, there’s a good chance that Kim Kardashian is taking a picture of herself somewhere. She broke the internet when she posed nude on the cover of Paper and she has made millions off of some stupid emoji thing. I’m not entirely sure what her emoji thing is, but I know about it — which is the essence of Kim K’s being.
If you doubted Kim Kardashian’s ability to break the internet in the wake of Kanye trying to do the same on Twitter, then today was not a good day for you. Kim broke the internet — again — by posting a body positive photo on Instagram that people just can’t handle.
That’s pretty tame, especially by Kim K standards. Nevertheless, the internet’s reaction was exactly what you’d expect it to be:

Are we really still a society that freaks out about this sort of thing. When are knuckle draggers going to learn that slut shaming says more about them then it does about the person they’re attacking? This is 2016 and we’ve all seen a lot more than what we can — and can’t — see in this photo.
This is also false advertising. Everyone is saying this is a nude photo of Kim when it’s no worse than someone posting a photo of themselves in a scantly-clad swimsuit.
