NBA FanDuel advice for March 7:

There aren’t many games on the NBA schedule tonight. These are my favorite nights because the choices are limited. I’m on FanDuel and entering a $25 contest, winner takes $20,000. I like Fanduel better than DraftKings because the pay outs are higher. I also feel like it’s more simple without the utility guy at the end.

I’m focused on tonight’s Minnesota at Charlotte match up. Good offense and not much defense. This could easily be tonight’s highest scoring event. Regardless, there’s certain players you put into your lineups.

Kemba Walker– he’s always been a scorer. UConn, now Charlotte. He also gets rebounds, assists, and sometimes both. At $8700 he’s great to start with.

Next, is Ricky Rubio. At 6,700 on Fanduel he’s literally a steal. He’ll get some points tonight versus Walker and no doubt will have 10 assists.

Nicolas Batum is coming off a great game at Indianapolis. He’s got another favorable game versus Minnesota and will be covered by Andrew Wiggins. Batum’s FanDuel price is totally doable at 6,500. I also want to take Andrew Wiggins. Best case scenario is these two shoot it out, which is a real possibility.

My strong forwards tonight are playing each other, and that could be a great thing. Paul George and Kawhi Leonard. I’ll take them both because they’re both great players. They’re both in systems that enhance their abilities.  San Antonio won’t put up 130 on Indianapolis and the Pacers won’t put 130 on the Spurs, but each player is crucial to his team’s success.

Now I’ve only got about 15,000 to spend on my last 3 players. It might put me in a horrible spot most nights, but look at these three guys.

David Lee is really coming on in Dallas. He got into shape in Boston, and now Dallas is using him. He’s getting minutes, which is turning into points and rebounds. He’s a good start tonight.

So is Tristen Thompson of Cleveland. He may not score 30 versus Memphis tonight but 15/15 is very reasonable. Add 5 assists and its a major coup for us..

My center tonight? Big Al Jefferson. He’s not starting for Charlotte yet, but he makes the most of his minutes. He’s had good games recently versus Phoenix and Indiana. His price tag is only 5,300 too. He can do some damage versus Minnesota tonight, a former team.
