Earlier in Tuesday night’s Spurs-Wolves tilt we had LaMarcus Aldridge posterizing Karl-Anthony Towns, which is most definitely not a prop bet I’d have felt comfortable betting on if people bet on these kinds of things. LMA isn’t known to be much of a sky walker, while KAT protects the rim as well as anyone.

But they weren’t finished! The T-Wolves have themselves another solid shot-blocking presence in Gorgui Dieng, but he, too, fell victim to the Spurs’ uncharacteristic high-flying on this night. Let’s watch as Professor Andre Miller – who had himself a GAME tonight – finds a cutting Jonathan Simmons with a gorgeous bounce pass that Simmons finishes with authority right over the top of Dieng (via @jollyrogerwilco):

MERCY. That side angle really shows how far Simmons cocked this one back before throwing it down. This is Dunk of the Year material, my friends.
