Arkansas Razorbacks vs Florida Gators
Long gone are the days when Arkansas could just throw the ball into Bobby Portis and watch him go to work. No, the Razorbacks aren’t quite the same team without him and got off to a 5-8 start to conference play before winning four out of five games to finish the regular season. They’re going to look to carry that momentum into the SEC Tournament Thursday.

Moses Kingsley has been doing his best Portis impersonation this season, leading the team in points and rebounding with 16.1 and 9.2 per game, respectively. The big man is making 56 percent of his baskets and is about as consistent as they come. Dusty Hannas and Anthlon Bell are three-point threats, making over 44 percent each and averaging 16.0 and 15.9 points, respectively.
Losing Billy Donovan to the Oklahoma City Thunder was probably the least ideal scenario any Florida Gator fan could have thought up. The head coach had flirted with the NBA before very seriously, but he finally gave in. Without him, the Gators have not been quite the same threat in the SEC, going just 18-13.
Senior Dorian Finney-Smith has been a major piece in this program for some time now and he’s finishing his Gator career strong, leading the team with 15.0 points and 8.2 rebounds per game. Unfortunately for the Gators, center John Egbunu tore a thumb ligament and is doubtful for Thursday’s game. He is averaging 11.5 points and 6.3 boards this year.
