Virginia Tech Hokies vs. Miami Hurricanes
The Virginia Tech Hokies knocked off the Miami Hurricanes in the final game of the regular season, but will now look to do so in the 2016 ACC Tournament. After the Hokies cruised through the second round on Wednesday, they’ll take the floor at the Verizon Center again on Thursday night to try and again topple the Hurricanes, this time in the ACC Tournament quarterfinals.

The guards for Miami have led them all season and that won’t change with the start of the ACC Tournament. Sheldon McClellan, Angel Rodriguez, and Davon Reed have all come up big at various points throughout the regular season for the Hurricanes and they’ll need that again in the conference tournament quarterfinals. In Virginia Tech’s win in the regular season finale, it was Justin Bibbs and Zach LeDay who came up big, which they’ll be looked upon to do again in this ACC Tournament matchup as they try to secure an NCAA Tournament berth.
