Here’s a look at the AAC Tournament bracket following the thrilling win by UConn over Cincinnati

Well, if we needed a reminder that we are now in the month of March, we were hit right in the face with that on Friday. For this, we can thank the AAC Tournament, the UConn Huskies and Cincinnati Bearcats.

These two teams went on the court with one another on Friday afternoon and they gave us a game that will be remembered as one of the best conference tournament games that we have ever seen. They went four overtimes, with UConn draining probably the shot of the year for this season when Jalen Adams hit an 80-foot buzzer beater with time running down in the third overtime.

When it was all said and done, though, it was the Huskies who came away with the 104-97 win, keeping their run of momentum going. Following the game, here’s a look at the updated AAC Tournament bracket with UConn’s win now out of the way.

As they enter the semifinals, though, things are getting a little tougher as they’ll now have to face the No. 1 seed in the field, the Temple Owls.

But really, right now there might not be a team in all the conference tournaments right now riding a bigger wave of momentum than the Huskies.
