The Panthers celebrated Pi Day in an innovative way

Although they didn’t win the Super Bowl, the Carolina Panthers had a fantastic season. Cam Newton really broke out as an elite quarterback, and the Panthers defense shined bright when it needed to. The current NFC Champions have a lot to prove next season, and will look to continue their dominating ways.

One thing they don’t need to work on, however, is their social media game.

In case you didn’t know or look at a calendar, today is “Pi Day.” It doesn’t celebrate the delicious food that you eat, but the symbol mathematicians use to represent the Greek symbol. It helps describe the ratio of a circle’s circumference. Sorry, this is getting really scientific.  Moving on. The Panthers organization has one of the strongest media presences in the NFL. Throughout this season, whomever ran the Twitter account did a fantastic job. Today, he/she deserve a raise.

Utilizing all of the various numbers of the Panthers team, the organization’s Twitter account summed up the equation of Pi.

That was very creative, but I wouldn’t expect anything less. A team is only as strong as its supporting cast, and the workers inside the organization do whatever they can to help the team. The account is even interactive with fans, as you can tell by this tweet of an impressed fan.

Just as I thought: The Panthers can show their quick-wit on and off the field. The team is taking advantage of today to get “all the views”, and I don’t blame them. Just another day in the life inside the Panthers organization.
