Drake draws a five second call on the Bulls (Video)
By Jack Crosby
The Bulls were hit with a five-second call on Monday night and they can thank Drake for that. Yes … that Drake
Whenever the Toronto Raptors are playing in a big game at home, you can make a safe bet that Drake is going to be there in his court-side seat cheering his beloved Toronto team on. Now he does get a little hyped up from time to time, but you never really expect him to become that much a part of the action on the court because — well, he is just a fan.
Yeah, well that all changed on Monday night.
The Raptors were indeed at home Monday night taking on the Chicago Bulls in a big Eastern Conference showdown, a game they ended up dropping 109-107. But you cannot say that Drake was not trying to help his team get the win!
With time running down and the Bulls up by three, Chicago’s Justin Holiday was in-bounding the ball and Drake just happened to be standing up right behind him talking some trash. Well, that trash talk must have been something, because Holiday didn’t get the pass off in time.
Now that might be getting a little too involved, but hey, Holiday is a professional. He should be able to block out trash talk from everyone, including someone who’s just a rapper.
