A look at the live stream for and how to watch the 2016 NCAA Women’s Tournament Selection Show online
The 2016 NCAA Women’s Tournament Selection Show is on Monday night and the best time of year in college hoops can finally get underway. While the men’s college basketball tournament is often fantastic, the NCAA Women’s Tournament is right up there in terms of the quality of play and excitement for the fans.
As per usual, the UConn Huskies are almost definitely going to be the No. 1-overall seed in the 2016 NCAA Women’s Tournament as they once again ran through the regular season like it was no problem. After winning the 2016 AAC Women’s Tournament without really breaking a sweat, the UConn women are going into March Madness with an undefeated record at 32-0.
Though the Huskies are the favorite as they are undefeated, there are plenty of teams with enough talent that have been successful enough in the regular season to potentially compete with UConn in the NCAA Women’s Tournament. The Baylor Bears, South Carolina Gamecocks, and Notre Dame Fighting Irish all come to mind. We’ll find out everyone’s seed and road to glory on Monday night.
The Selection Show will be broadcast on ESPN with live streaming on WatchESPN, which can be accessed using a cable or satellite subscription either online or through the ESPN app.
