After just over 18 months of managing Italy, Antonio Conte is set to leave following EURO 2016.
Antonio Conte has led the Italian squad to an undefeated qualification for the EURO Finals this summer in France. However, after he leads Italy in the tournament, he will stop managing his home country.
He stepped into the managing role for Italy after leading Juventus to three straight Serie A victories from 2011-2014. Conte will be considered for many managing jobs throughout the world, but the leading candidate, at the moment, is English Premier League team Chelsea FC.

The Italian Football Federation, though, is still proud of his commitment and what he has achieved while he has been his country’s manager. Conte and Italy will have high expectations going into the EURO 2016 Finals in France. After reaching the final in 2012, Italy will hope to take it one step further to win a tournament that is considered to be just below the World Cup.
Conte has been linked to Chelsea for a while now, and has reportedly had a contract offer from the Blues for three years and $10 million a year, though no announcement has been made yet by the club. He will most likely announce a decision early next week or sooner.
For the summer, though, his focus will be on Italy in Group E with Belgium, Ireland and Sweden.
