After nine games to start the week last night, the NBA is ready to battle college basketball for the spotlight tonight with a solid six-game slate.  While most of the action is early in the evening, the marquee matchup between the Clippers and Spurs is an 8:30 tipoff, and then all DFS players will focus on the final game of the night in LA.  Whether you go early-heavy, late-heavy, or balanced, check out my DraftKings daily picks  on the following slides to see who I think can give your DFS fantasy basketball team a boost.

More from Boston Celtics

The first games tip off at 7:00 with a pair of games in the East when the Pacers host the Celtics and the Magic welcome in the Nuggets who are completing their Florida back-to-back after a high-scoring loss in Miami last night. At 7:30, the Nets host the 76ers who they faced just last Saturday in Philadelphia where the Sixers picked up their first win in a long time getting a hard-fought 95-89 victory. At 8:00, the Raptors look to pick up a second win in as many nights as they visit the Bucks and face red-hot Giannis Antetokounmpo (pictured above). The Clippers visit San Antonio at 8:30 where they’ll face the Spurs who are an amazing 32-0 at home this season. As those games wrap up, the final game of the night will get underway out West as the Lakers host DeMarcus Cousins and the Kings at STAPLES Center in their fourth meeting of the season.

With those dozen teams in action, there are several nice stars and sleepers to consider as you build your DFS fantasy basketball roster. To see the players I think are ready to help you get a win tonight, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides. My goal is to give you the information you need to build your own lineup that can bring home a win for your team tonight. In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, you’ll find two slides per position in this post–one with high-salary options and one with high-value options. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.

At the beginning of 2016, I  started to rank my picks using stars after each selection to show the strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). On the final slide of the post, you can see my recent results at each level of confidence. Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for tonight’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to see my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

In this post, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to DraftKings pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for FanDuel, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on our fantasy basketball hub.

If you have any questions about my picks for today or any of our FanSided fantasy coverage, you can leave them at the bottom of the page in the comments section.  For an even quicker response, you can find me throughout the day on Twitter @FansidedFantasy.

Make sure to watch your team closely as we get to the point of the season where players will look to get rest and sometimes end up as late scratches.  There are great opportunities as a result of some players getting extra time that way, and there are also some brutal zero-point performances that people gets stuck with when they’re not paying attention.  I’ll keep you up to date on the latest info on Twitter throughout the day and let you know if I have to tweak my lineups at all.

If you find my picks and analysis helpful and would like to check out my DFS fantasy basketball posts each morning, the easiest way to find the DraftKings daily picks is to drop a bookmark on our fantasy basketball hub or follow on Twitter where I’ll tweet out the links each day when my picks go live.

Let’s tip things off for this Tuesday by looking at my favorite high-priced PG options for tonight.
