The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to a two-year deal with former Denver Broncos offensive lineman Ryan Harris.
After suffering offensive line injuries last offseason, the Denver Broncos brought in a familiar face in Ryan Harris. He did a solid job filling in for them primarily at right tackle. He has turned that solid season into a two-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers worth $3.9 million.

Harris turned 31 in March. He will most likely serve as tackle depth or be the starting right tackle. Harris could also win the left tackle job, but he would have to beat Alejandro Villanueva for that spot. The Steelers needed to address their offensive line, and depth in the trenches is never a bad thing to have.
Drafted by the Broncos in the third round of the 2007 NFL draft, Harris has played in 110 career games and started 70 of them. In Denver, he played in 72 games and started 60 of them between his two stints. Harris also spent a year with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2014 and two years with the Houston Texans from 2012 to 2013.

Pittsburgh needed to find offensive line depth after Kelvin Beachum hit free agency, and the team is no longer expected to try keeping him around. Harris is a solid starter who should fill in at either tackle position for the Steelers.
