No. 11 Wichita State vs. No. 6 Arizona Wildcats
While the beginning of March Madness features plenty of high seeds facing low-seed teams in the NCAA Tournament First Round, there also some games on the slate where teams are closer than their seeds and should put on a highly competitive game.
One of those games that could be very competitive is the No. 11 Wichita State Shockers taking on the No. 6 Arizona Wildcats on Thursday. The Shockers defeated the Vanderbilt Commodores in the First Four on Tuesday, to set themselves up with a date against the Wildcats.
The Wildcats are one of the better teams in the nation, but some disappointing loss this season have them dropped to a No. 6 seed, which makes them one of the toughest middle seeds in the tournament this year. However, they’ve drawn a tough draw in the South Region, by getting the Shockers off the bat.
