UNC Asheville Bulldogs vs. Villanova Wildcats
The Villanova Wildcats dominated the Big East Conference for most of the regular season, earning the No. 1 seed going into the conference tourney. However, they lost in the title game and now need to regroup for March Madness. Given their struggles in the early rounds in recent years, they’re going to want to do so quickly as their March Madness run starts on Friday at the Barclays Center against the UNC Asheville Bulldogs.

Josh Hart will need to be the focal point of Villanova in March Madness as their leader, but the Wildcats will need the players around him to not falter on the big stage. That means Kris Jenkings and Ryan Arcidiacono need to be on their games. As for UNC Asheville, their pair of big men in Dwayne Sutton and Ahmad Thomas have been huge for them all season, but it’s going to be their play in addition to how well guys like Dylan Smith can step up that determines their fate in March Madness.
