For the third night in a row, the NBA has eight games in the main competition window on FanDuel.  There is a 6:00 start if you want to play “early only” to include the Nuggets and Hornets game in Charlotte.  The main DFS fantasy basketball window includes the eight games starting at 7:00 PM ET or later which provides us with a solid pool of players to pick from as we build our teams for tonight.  To see who I like in tonight’s eight games, check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides.

More from Detroit Pistons

For the third straight night, we have eight games and a 7:00 PM ET roster lock.  At 7:00, the Thunder are in Indiana to take on the Pacers in the second game of their back-to-back along with a pair of Eastern Conference games as the Pistons host the Nets and the Knicks visit the Wizards in DC.  At 7:30, Houston is in action for the second night in a row as they face the Hawks in Atlanta while the Cavs wrap up their back-to-back with a return to South Beach for LeBron James.  At 8:00, the Bulls take on the Jazz at the United Center while the Clippers are in Memphis to face the still injury-depleted Grizzlies.  There is no late-late game tonight since the final game of the evening is the big matchup in San Antonio as ABC picks up a great primetime matchup between the Warriors who are 62-6 and the Spurs who are 34-0 at home at the AT&T Center. That game should be a great one as the Spurs try to show the Warriors the strength of their home court after Golden State crushed them in their only previous meeting this season which happened in Oakland.

While the final matchup definitely has some stars to take a look at, there are good sleepers and stars on the other 14 teams as well. To see the players from all eight games that I think are ready to help you get a win tonight, check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides. My goal is to give you the information you need to build your own lineup that can bring home a win for your team tonight. In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, you’ll find two slides per position in this post–one with high-salary options and one with high-value options. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.

At the beginning of 2016, I  started to rank my picks using stars after each selection to show the strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). On the final slide of the post, you can see my recent results at each level of confidence. Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for tonight’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to see my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

In this post, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to FanDuel pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for DraftKings, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on our fantasy basketball hub.

If you have any questions about my picks for today or any of our FanSided fantasy coverage, you can leave them at the bottom of the page in the comments section.  For an even quicker response, you can find me throughout the day on Twitter @FansidedFantasy. With so many gametime decisions on a nightly basis and injuries taking their toll, you’ll want to check back for the latest info before tip-off to avoid the ugly zero.  I’ll keep you up to date throughout the day on Twitter on the latest news, injuries, and availability updates, and I’ll also let you know if I tweak my lineups at all.

If you find my picks and analysis helpful and would like to check out my DFS fantasy basketball posts each morning, the easiest way to find the FanDuel daily picks is to drop a bookmark on our fantasy basketball hub or follow on Twitter where I’ll tweet out the links each day when my picks go live.

It’s time to get going with a nice mix of stars and sleepers in tonight’s FanDuel daily picks.
