Indiana Hoosiers forward Juwan Morgan was injured pulled to the ground on a rebound, forcing him to leave the game
The Indiana Hoosiers were putting up a hell of a fight against an equally talented Kentucky Wildcats team, despite facing major adversity throughout the game. Not only did their star in Yogi Ferrell get off to a slow start, but the Hoosiers also suffered injuries to Patrick Robinson in the first half and then, quite unfortunately, to forward Juwan Morgan in the second half.
Morgan went up for a rebound in traffic and, as he extended his arm to try and make a play on the ball, a Kentucky player hooked his arm and accidentally pulled him to the ground. Either with the pull or with the impact of the fall to the floor, Morgan clearly injured his shoulder on the play and was down on the floor for quite a bit.
The big man tried to tough it out as he initially stayed on the bench to get checked out by the team trainers. After being evaluated for a few minutes on the sideline, he told the Indiana trainer that he wasn’t right and then took off back to the locker room:
Juwan Morgan shakes his head, no, something's wrong. And goes back to locker room with IU trainer Tim Garl. Looks like shoulder again.

There’s no official word on the diagnosis right now, but for a player as tough as Juwan
Morgan to have to go off the bench and to the back means that it’s probably not a great outlook for the big man. We’ll keep you update on his condition, though.
