Which players stood out in the ultra exciting first round of the 2016 NCAA Tournament? 

The first round of the 2016 NCAA Tournament saw 13 upsets, matching the 2001 NCAA tournament’s record. With those upsets came some impressive performances from players from all over the country. College basketball fans have gotten exposed to a variety of players from both small schools and big schools. Players who nobody had heard of before the tournament are getting noticed all over the country thanks to impressive performances in the first round. They might even get to reap the benefits of their performances by seeing their NBA draft stock increase.

Ten players in particular stood out to join the tournament’s first All-Tournament team and second All-Tournament team. It’s still early but these performances have stood out. Considering how many unbelievable performances there were in the first round, making the NCAA All-Tournament team is quite the accomplishment even if it is just after the first round.

This team will feature two guards, two forwards, and a center on each team. They will feature players from big conferences and smaller ones.
