Providence Friars vs. North Carolina Tar Heels
The North Carolina Tar Heels have to be considered one of the favorites to win it all in March Madness considering what they’ve shown they’re capable of when they are clicking on all cylinders. Before the Heels get too far ahead of themselves, though, they’ll need to get past a tough Second Round March Madness matchup against a talent-laden Providence Friars team at PNC Arena on Saturday night.

The Tar Heels will undoubtedly be looking for Brice Johnson to shine under the bright lights of March Madness, but it’ll also be curious to see how he handles himself going up against another highly talented big man in Providence’s Ben Bentil. There’s going to be possibly an even fiercer matchup in the backcourt between the Tar Heels and the Friars though as top NBA prospect Kris Dunn takes on the perpetual leader for UNC in senior point guard Marcus Paige. All in all, though, the stage is set for a titanic March Madness showdown between these two teams that could easily steal the show.
