Hawaii vs Maryland live stream: Watch March Madness online

No. 13 Hawaii Rainbow Warriors vs No. 5 Maryland Terrapins

Picking Hawaii became a popular pick of many bracket participants this year as the South Region’s No. 13 seed took down No. 4 California, 77-66. The Big West Conference’s regular season and tournament champions have looked solid thus far and if they stay hot, there might be a couple more wins in the works.

Stefan Jankovic is the top offensive weapon for the Rainbow Warriors and has been all season long, averaging 15.7 points and 6.6 rebounds per game while shooting an impressive 56 percent of his shots. Keep an out eye for Aaron Valdes and Roderick Bobbit as well. However, Quincy Smith led the team in scoring against Cal.

Maryland, on the other hand, has been up-and-down all year long after starting the sesame as the AP Top 25’s No. 3 overall team. This team is just loaded with talent and it’s a bit of a mystery as to why it didn’t win the Big Ten regular season nor tournament title and finished 24-8 before the NCAA Tournament.

Sophomore point guard Melo Trimble is the team’s leader and this could be his last NCAA Tournament run. He’s leading the way with 14.5 points and 5.0 assists per game, but his shooting has been suspect this season. Big freshman Diamond Stone, senior Jake Layman, junior forward Robert Carter and senior Duke-transfer Rasheed Sulaimon round out a scary lineup.
