Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders vs. Syracuse Orange

The Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders pulled off one of the biggest upsets in the history of March Madness on Friday when they knocked off a No. 2 seed in the Michigan State Spartans. The Syracuse Orange pulled off an upset of their own on Friday and now they’ll go up against Middle Tennessee at the Scottrade Center on Sunday in Second Round March Madness action.

Middle Tennessee had a plethora of players step up in their huge March Madness upset, but it’ll be their trio of Giddy Potts, Reggie Upshaw, and Perrin Buford leading the way for the Blue Raiders on Sunday and trying to carry them to a Cinderella run into the Sweet 16. As for the Orange, they were led by freshman Malachi Richardson in their victory over Dayton in the First Round. But Syracuse will need Michael Gbinije and Trevor Cooney to rise to the occasion in March Madness if they want to advance again.
