Start the week with a monster Monday of DFS fantasy basketball with the help of my FanDuel daily picks highlighting the best of tonight’s nine NBA matchups.
The NBA finished out the weekend with a quiet Sunday night of only four games, but it’s back in action tonight in a big way with 18 teams scheduled to take the floor in nine games across the country. There are plenty of nice fantasy options in tonight’s early-heavy schedule, so check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides to help you know where to start as you build your roster and hopefully start your work week off with a win.

The action starts tonight at 7:00 PM ET which is when rosters will again lock down on FanDuel. There’s no late-swapping so double-check your lineup before tipoff of the three 7:00 starts. The Spurs are back in action after beating the Warriors as they head to Charlotte in one of those 7:00 starts while the Nuggets are in Cleveland to face the Cavs and the Pacers host the 76ers. At 7:30, Orlando finishes their back-to-back with a visit to Boston and the Pistons and Bucks meet in the Motor City in a matchup of two teams chasing the eight-seed in the East. At 8:00, two more playoff hopefuls meet in Atlanta as the Hawks host the Wizards while at the same time the Bulls host Boogie and the Kings and the Warriors look to bounce back as they visit the T-Wolves in Minnesota. All that leads up to the final game of the day which is an interesting matchup between the Suns and Grizzlies who met two weeks ago and will face off again in the latest tip of the night at 10:00 PM ET.

In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, you’ll find two slides per position in this post–one with high-salary options and one with high-value options. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible. I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.
At the beginning of 2016, I started to rank my picks using stars after each selection to show the strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). On the final slide of the post, you can see my recent results at each level of confidence. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to see my lineups and use them as a place to get started.
