Legendary former pro wrestling star Hulk Hogan went on social media and trolled the website Gawker after his legal victories over a released sex tape.
It has been quite the past few days for Hulk Hogan. The Hall of Fame pro wrestler for the WWE (who spent time with other organizations including WCW and, most recently, TNA Wrestling) was awarded $115 million last week in his lawsuit against the website Gawker over the release of a sex tape featuring Hogan and the wife of his former best friend.
Monday, the same jury awarded Hogan (real name Terry Bollea) an additional $25.1 million after deciding the website, its founder and its former editor were liable in the case. After the verdict, Hogan took to social media and trolled the website with a throwback photo to his days as one of the top sports personalities in the world:

The jury in St. Petersburg, Florida agreed with Hulk Hogan’s attorney that the website had no right to release footage of their client engaged in sexual acts with the now ex-wife of his former best friend, a Tampa-based radio personality.
The jury was told before Monday’s ruling what each of the defendants in the case were worth financially before they deliberated for four hours. After the ruling was announced, Gawker’s current president said she was confident the website would win the case on appeal, saying there was evidence and testimony that was not admitted into this case that they will present in future courts.
