Memphis Grizzlies guard Lance Stephenson showed off his impressive handles against the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday.
Ever since Lance Stephenson found his way to the Memphis Grizzlies at the trade deadline, it’s like he has become an all new man. Stephenson has looked like the guy that took off for the Indiana Pacers and earned himself a decent contract because of his play.
On Tuesday night, the fans in Los Angeles were celebrating the fact that the NBA All-Star Game is coming to their city in 2018, but they also got to see Stephenson show off his sweet handles.
Looking like a dribbling savant, Stephenson crossed over Brandon Bass and hit a huge jumper right in his face.
For as many gaffes that Stephenson can make on the court, he usually always has the one insane play that makes you wonder if you’re watching the same guy. With the Grizzlies missing several roster players and rolling a team of rag tag misfits out on the court, Stephenson has helped keep them afloat and firmly positioned in their playoff race.
If he can return to his old form and make plays like this on the court, then the Grizzlies got a steal.
