March Madness 2016, Texas A&M vs Oklahoma: Live stream, start time, TV info and more

No. 3 Texas A&M Aggies vs No. 2 Oklahoma Sooners

It took one of the most outrageous comebacks in March Madness history to allow Texas A&M to live to see another day. The Aggies were down 12 with under 45 seconds left in the game against No. 11 seed Northern Iowa and then chipped away at the lead with amazing full-court pressure. That’s the lone reason they’re in the Sweet 16.

The leadership on this team is great thanks to guys like Danuel House, Jalen Jones, Tyler Davis and Alex Caruso. House leads the team in scoring with 15.8 points to go along with 4.9 rebounds, but his shooting touch is suspect. Jones is second with 15.4 points and tops with 7.1 boards per game. Davis and Caruso put up 11.1 and 8.1 points per game, respectively.

Oklahoma, on the other hand, has snuck by two teams in the tournament thus far. OK, so their first matchup against CSU Bakersfield in the first round didn’t wind up very close in score, but the Sooners were fighting to extend a slim lead all game. No. 10 seed VCU put up a fight in the second round, but the second half was all Buddy Hield.

Speaking of the national player of the year candidate, Hield is one of college basketball’s scariest scorers and he finished round two with 29 second half points. On the year, he leads the team with 25.4 points per game while shooting 50 percent from the field and over 46 percent from three-point range.
