No. 3 Texas A&M Aggies vs No. 2 Oklahoma Sooners
If you missed any of the Texas A&M vs Northern Iowa game in round two, you basically skipped the best game of the tournament thus far. Down 12 points with about 45 seconds left, the Aggies put on an intense full-court press and forced the Panthers to turn it over multiple times, eventually sending the game into overtime with Texas A&M winning.

This team would not have won that game had it not been for the calm, cool and collected attitude from the leaders. Danuel House has been great all season long, averaging 15.8 points and 4.9 boards per game while Jalen Jones has arguably been even better, putting up 15.4 points and 7.1 rebounds per contest.
Oklahoma hasn’t necessarily had the easiest road to this point, either, winning a tough first round matchup against CSU Bakersfield and then fighting off a pesky No. 10 seed VCU squad in the round of 32. The close games are OK this time of year because the motto of every team is ‘survive and advance’.
Buddy Hield has been the driving force for the Sooners this season and that’s continued into the tournament. The national player of the year frontrunner scored 29 second half points to take down VCU, and on the year he’s putting up 25.4 points and 5.6 rebounds while shooting 50 percent from the field and 46 percent from downtown.
