The NBA has six games on the slate for tonight with a TNT double-header with a pair of interesting games.  The headliner is probably the late game between the Wizards and the Warriors as Golden State continues their pursuit of history, but the other five games are a solid warmup to that matchup.  The ten teams in the earlier games help round out the options for my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides where you can find the players that I think deserve consideration to be in your DFS fantasy basketball lineup tonight..

More from Fantasy Basketball

FanDuel lineups lock at the typical 7:00 PM ET with three early games featuring six Eastern Conference teams. The Pacers host the Bulls, the Magic welcome in the Nets, and the 76ers tip off against the Hornets.  At 7:30, the Thunder finish their back-to-back in Detroit as they face the Pistons.  In the first TNT game of the night, the LeBron-less Cavaliers face James Harden and the Rockets in an important matchup for Houston.  That leads up to the 10:30 showdown as John Wall and the Wizards take on Stephen Curry and the Warriors who will be trying to improve to 67-8 on the season and 36-0 at home.

We’ve officially reached silly season in DFS fantasy basketball which means there are plenty of value plays to consider as teams take a look at younger talent while also dealing with injuries and rest for their more established starters.  Rotations change on a regular basis and night-to-night players roles can swing dramatically. As a result, getting the right blend of stars and sleepers can sometimes be challenging, but to see the options that I think can deliver for you tonight, check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides. My goal is to give you the information you need to build your own lineup that can bring home a win for your team tonight. In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, you’ll find two slides per position in this post–one with high-salary options and one with high-value options. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.

At the beginning of 2016, I  started to rank my picks using stars after each selection to show the strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). On the final slide of the post, you can see my recent results at each level of confidence. Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for tonight’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to see my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

In this post, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to FanDuel pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for DraftKings, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on our fantasy basketball hub.

If you have any questions about my picks for today or any of our FanSided fantasy coverage, you can leave them at the bottom of the page in the comments section.  For an even quicker response, you can find me throughout the day on Twitter @FansidedFantasy. I’ll also update you on Twitter to the ever-changing availability issues throughout the day and let you know if I’m adjusting my lineups at all leading up to tip-off. I got locked in last night with Jusuf Nurkic in one of my lineups giving me a brutal zero when he wa a late scratch.
