Villanova’s full-court pass would make Tom Brady jealous (Video)

In the Final Four against Oklahoma, Villanova completed a perfect full-court pass for a dunk

The Villanova Wildcats shocked the world on Saturday evening as they faced off against the Oklahoma Sooners. The matchup was always going to be one that could go either way, but the general public and their admiration of Oklahoma’s Buddy Hield had most people thinking the Sooners might come out on top. That was far from the case as Villanova ran away with the game, including throwing full-court passes on a dime.

Already having amassed a massive lead on Oklahoma, Villanova forward Kris Jenkins was inbounding the ball and uncorked a quarterback-like throw down the entire length of the floor. His pass hit Mikal Bridges right in stride and Bridges finished the play off with a gorgeous dunk:

If basketball doesn’t work out beyond playing at Villanova for Jenkins, I think he could definitely open up a quarterback camp or something similar. That throw was one the money and Bridges made the grab for the finish.

This play really just encapsulated everything that happened between Villanova and Oklahoma in Houston on Saturday evening, though. The Wildcats could simply do no wrong and the Sooners just couldn’t keep up with how perfectly their opponents were playing. Sometimes it’s just your night, and that can undoubtedly be said of the Villanova football—er, basketball team.
